How to Enrol

Enrolling Online

Enrolment for Healthy Lifestyle courses is on a term basis and is completed using this Online Enrolment Platform. All classes require completion of a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire. Please go to the Medical Forms tab to view the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire.

Prior to payment a PRE-EXERCISE QUESTIONNAIRE needs to be answered, as well as an uploaded Medical Clearance Form if required. If a medical clearance is required you will need to go to your doctor prior to enrolling online. The medical clearance form is located under the Medical Forms tab. As a copy of your medical clearance will need to be uploaded prior to payment. Please follow the prompts.

Select the course in the region required
Select the day and time
Add to cart, then select Checkout to enrol/register, follow the prompts
Answer the PRE-EXERCISE QUESTIONNAIRE and upload a Medical Clearance Form if required
Pay online, credit card payment only

You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your receipt and other course information once your payment has been confirmed
